Jamaica’s Away…
Waw, pas pertama denger kirain bukan lagu punyanya band asal Indonesia. Souljah, band dari Bekasi ini berhasil menciptakan salah satu lagu reggae terindah yang pernah saya dengar. Sebuah lagu yang bercerita tentang kecintaan dan dedikasi mereka untuk musik reggae.
Sebelum berkecimpung di musik reggae, Souljah sempat bermain2 di kancah musik ska, dengan nama grup Arigatoo. Akar musik ska yang juga adalah reggae rupanya membuat meraka tidak sulit pindah jalur ke musik reggae.
Dulu ketika saya coba mencari lirik lagu ini pake google, ternyata saya didrop pada sebuah situs filipino. Akhirnya dapatlah lirik tsb, dan satu hal yang perlu dicatat dari situs tersebut tentang lagu ini adalah: "GOOD REGGAE FROM INDONESIA".
